What do we do differently?

The Phoenix watchword when providing complex care iis ‘understanding'. We appreciate what an enormous change having a care team being in your home can be, and so we do whatever we can to listen, adjust and make the transition as smooth and sensitive as possible without compromising on care.

Whether you have changed care providers or we are your first experience with having to source or receive care support, we set out to give you peace of mind from the first step by allowing you to pick the team – After all, who knows your needs and preferences better than you do?

 

 

You will have the opportunity to submit ideal specifications of what kind of complex health assistant(s) you want in your home.

Who will be providing the complex care?

That said, our job doesn't stop there. Our support staff will be present to plan, coordinate and oversee the caregiving plan, including:

  • A registered nurse manager to provide regular clinical oversight
  • A regional operations manager to look after your team's rotas, carry out regular quality and spot checks and be your point of contact if you need any advice
  • A team leader to make sure the day-to-day caregiving runs harmoniously
  • A shift registered nurse (if required)
